ABOUT ME

Shane Dieudonne

Shane Dieudonne is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), with specializations in Performance Enhancement (PES), Corrective Exercise (CES) & Youth Exercise (YES). She is also a Pain-Free Performance (PPSC) and Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), and holds a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) certification as well.

 

Her training style is focused around strengthening the daily foundational movement patterns; squats, lunges, hinging, push, pull, carries and rotation. We train movements, not muscles

 

Shane believes in training one’s mindset first & having the body follow; “it’s not hard, it’s challenging”.

Each training session and workout program ensures functional strength, injury prevention, metabolic conditioning, fat loss, muscle mass and active recovery.
